Adding Additional Organizers to an Event

1. Go to Best Coast Pairings

In order to use this feature you must have a BCP Subscription. You can sign up here: https://www.bestcoastpairings.com/subscription

This will allow the Event Owner to add additional users to view the event in the Organize menu

2. Click on ORGANIZE

 

3. Open your event

 

4. Click on Event Users

 

5. Click on ADD USER

 

6. Enter users BCP Email Address

 

7. Select the Role you want the user to have

The Judge Role will allow the user to see the event as if it where theres but cannot change event details or refund players. The Tournament Organizer Role provides equal access to the event as the owner.

 

8. Click on SAVE

The newly added user may need to log out and log back in to either the TO app or BCP web page, but should now see the event in the Organize menu.
