Event Suite Features

Event Suite is an add on to the Best Coast Pairings Tournament Organizer that gives Event Organizers a higher level of control over multiple events, larger events, leagues and circuits. 

Event Suite is accessible from the Best Coast Pairings web login, and allows you to create your organization, assign TOs to your organization, create local leagues for the organization with rankings, and a centralized payment account for any events created under the organization. The organizations event listing and rankings pages are available as web plugins to easily be shared on your organizations page. 

Circuit Suite improves on the feature set of Event Suite enabling Event Organizers to scale leagues and circuits to multiple locations and events. With a web embeddable Event Request page, Tournament Organizers from outside the organization can request tokens to join circuits. The circuit owner can then either sanction the event or reject the request from Event Suite. Circuits additionally have a web embeddable event calendar that displays all events on the circuit that have been sanctioned.
