Using the ITC Hobby Track

This guide is how to use and score your events for the ITC Hobby Track. Hobby track is used concurrently with your existing event using the "Soft Scores" options

Go into your event that you will be doing Hobby Track Scoring on

You will need to have requested a token for the ITC Hobby Track in order to use this feature. The Hobby Track field will not be displayed unless you have a Token for the event. If you have already created your event and need to request a token for the ITC or still need to create your event for the ITC you can do so at this link: ITC Event Submission and Token Request Form

 

1. Click on Soft/Hobby Scores

Make sure your players that you want to score Hobby Track for are all "Checked in"

2. Using the Hobby Track Score fields enter your players scores

Hobby track is scored highest to lowest so the person you give the highest score to will be awarded the most ITC points

3. You can create additional soft scores along with Hobby Track

Only the Hobby Track field is or will be submitted to the ITC

4. When you are done entering Hobby Track scores make sure you hit save.

5. When your event is completed go to the placings screen and choose options then submit to circuit

6. Submit the results to the ITC

If your token is approved you will see the token and submit results.
